Job summary

Blythe Construction seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in asphalt plants and aggregate facilities. The role supports startup activities and upgrades, working with plant staff and the mechanical team to ensure robust, operator-friendly systems.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of electrical troubleshooting experience, NEC awareness, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
• Safety and quality mindset.
• Journeyman/master electrician license preferred and NEC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, and other electrical components.
• Test and repair electrical equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Assist in facility startup and new equipment installations.
