Job summary

You'll diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, read schematics, program PLCs, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve reliability and efficiency. A background with high‑voltage systems and safety standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical technician experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and automation troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Experience with 480V electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, equipment, and components.
• Install, remove, reconnect, test, and troubleshoot motors, drives, and distribution equipment.
• Read, interpret, and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical prints.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality, and engineering to improve equipment performance.
