Qualifications

• Working knowledge of programmable logic/automation controllers, HMIs, hardware, and programming languages (Ladder Logic, FBD, SFC, Structured Text).
• Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Horner, and Opto22 platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AC induction motors, controls, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Networking of devices using Ethernet/IP, Devicenet, Modbus, Hart, DH+/485, ASCII.
• Familiarity with food processing/packaging, water treatment, refrigeration, and boiler control.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and follow safe work practices.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
• Maintain open and professional communication with operations.
• Respond promptly to unplanned or emergency work requests.
• Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices.
• Be highly motivated and able to work independently.
