Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a global leader in flavor, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Atlanta plant. You will respond to electrical trouble calls on production equipment, diagnose, repair and test systems, and support preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Under supervision, you will work with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.

Qualifications

Significant experience working in production/operations in a manufacturing plant.
Experience leading multiple teams or departments with direct/indirect reports.
Experience applying planning/organization to meet project goals in a TPM/lean environment.
Experience in the food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry preferred.
FDA/GMP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair and test industrial equipment including power service and motor starters.
Maintain and test electrical systems and controls (PLC's, HMI's, networks).
Update and clarify test procedures; train others to perform tests.
Perform preventive and general maintenance on production and facilities equipment.
Complete work orders and document tests with equipment like oscilloscope, DMM, Recorder, Meggar.
Troubleshoot to identify root cause and suggest improvements with cross‑functional teams.
