What’s The Job? Title: Electrical Technician - Mid
Location: Dayton, OH
Salary: $26.01 - $30.37 per hour, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM

Job DescriptionHere are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to 'Safety First' expectations, including PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures.
- This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.
- Use hand tools daily, including power tools.
- Work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by the job.
- Work from elevated areas (ladders, platforms, scaffolding) using fall protection equipment when needed.
- Adhere to the published work schedule with flexibility based on workload.
- Work independently on assigned tasks without direct supervision.
- Maintain compliance with all company & customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize industrial powered vehicles (RTFL, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift).
- Electrical Electrician: Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment, including lighting, motors, inverters, control systems, and more, with knowledge of schematics, mathematics, and safety practices.
- Instrumentation Electrician: Perform calibration and documentation of flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation, troubleshooting process control loops.
- Wire Pull Electrician: Terminate motor starters, control & power wires, install raceway and cable trays, following NECA 101 standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Meet performance expectations, participate in employee development, and contribute to planning and team communication.
- Maintain personal tools, meet physical requirements, perform tasks safely and efficiently, and complete administrative duties accurately.
- Maintain positive relations with customers and colleagues.

- High school diploma or approved GED.
- Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred; ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License and ISA CCST Level 1 Certification.
- 2-5 years of mechanical experience or 1-2 years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.
Physical Demands
Must meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various environments, and operating tools and equipment safely.
- Close-range observation, control precision, manual dexterity, and ability to move for extended periods.
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders, operate vehicles, wear respirators, and communicate effectively.
Work Environment
