Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Wisconsin is seeking an Industrial Electrical Reliability Technician to help ensure reliable power and uptime across the plant. You’ll translate schematics into action, diagnose faults quickly, and document fixes to keep production moving.

You’ll install and upgrade electrical systems, lead fault-finding, perform machine safety inspections, and collaborate with teammates to improve maintenance procedures and reliability at the Waupaca plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Electrical Maintenance Technician role.
• Fluency reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Background in electrical installation and ongoing maintenance.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and machine safety audit practices.
• Comfort operating both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Turn electrical schematics and wiring diagrams into clear diagnostics that resolve issues fast.
• Apply hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting to keep equipment and machinery running smoothly.
