Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking an organized Project Manager for PureGrid Electrical in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead mid-sized industrial electrical projects, coordinate field teams, and manage procurement and budgets to keep work moving on schedule.

The role requires 3–7 years in electrical PM/APM roles, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Travel to nationwide sites is expected; on-site work in Downers Grove is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Project Management or Assistant Project Manager experience within the electrical subcontracting space.
• Exposure to industrial electrical or commercial design-build projects is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands‑on trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of mid-sized industrial electrical projects, ensuring safety, accuracy, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and site superintendents to provide plans, drawings, and labor support.
• Track long-lead electrical equipment, coordinate nationwide material delivery, and review supplier quality.
