PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Industrial Project Coordinator to lead electrical design and installation coordination on industrial projects. This role focuses on safe, efficient power systems and cross-functional collaboration from concept to completion.

The position emphasizes site coordination, change management and accurate project documentation in a fast-paced environment across multiple Texas locations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in construction in an operational role preferred.
• Trade certification or post-secondary diploma/degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment, drawings, HSE, quality, materials and standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage contract progress and reporting.
• Reviews trade contractor work and may provide day-to-day direction.
• Maintains contract with subcontractors and handles some subcontract administration.
• Reviews drawings with designers/engineers and suggests methods/materials.
• Supports design team and project controls including submittal schedules and commissioning.
• Assists with change management, cost and schedule impact analysis.
• Maintains project documentation control (RFIs, shop drawings, as-built drawings).
