Job summary

Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company, seeks an Industrial Electrical Project Engineer II to lead electrical engineering on multi-discipline industrial process design projects across minerals, fertilizers, paper and petrochemicals. You will coordinate with design teams to deliver on schedule, budget and quality.

Responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager, status updates, budget tracking, mentoring staff, and coordinating with sub-consultants.

Qualifications

• ABET degree in electrical engineering or related field from ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10 years of industrial electrical engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD 3D; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with discipline-specific project management tasks (estimates, scope).
• Provide design status updates to the Project Manager and track budgets.
• Oversee discipline sub-tasks and mentor design staff throughout the project.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and other internal disciplines to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Lead and manage team members, providing leadership and performance feedback.
