Conti LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for its Industrial Electrical Group. You will lead projects from budgeting to closeout, develop cost estimates, and manage schedules and resources across clients and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial electrical PM/estimating, strong client management, and proficiency with estimating tools. Local candidates preferred, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experience.
• Experience managing industrial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates by reviewing drawings, specs, bid documents, and customer requirements.
• Manage electrical projects from award through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate activities between clients, contractors, suppliers, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure successful project delivery.
