Job summary

Achievers USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from estimating and pre-construction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, bids, and proposals; reviewing plans and contracts; handling change orders; and coordinating with general contractors, clients, engineers, and field teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction, estimating, and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage projects from bid through closeout.
• Excellent financial, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and field operations.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Handle change orders, cost control, and project forecasting.
