Job summary

Sofidel SpA is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas Blvd site to improve operational efficiency and product quality while reducing costs. You will perform electrical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support robotic systems in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or technical training and about 2+ years of related experience, with flexibility to shift rotations and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical school; 2+ years in related area.
• Industrial manufacturing internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating/instructions.
• Team-oriented with drive for safe, efficient work.
• Flexible to shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical expertise to improve efficiency of operational systems and reduce costs.
• Perform electrical maintenance; replace/repair components at the Las Vegas Blvd site.
• Troubleshoot electrical failures, diagnose root causes, and report findings.
• Maintain robotic systems, motors and PLCs per supervisor.
• Read electrical schematics; install cables and conduits for new equipment.
• Collaborate with team to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Track parts in inventory using designated computer systems.
