Job summary

Total Reliance Contracting Co. in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with emphasis on electrical systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment across the facility.

You will perform pipe fitting, pump rebuilding, and steam maintenance, while following safety protocols. On-site work schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime for emergencies; candidates must pass safety and fit-for-duty requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience or a 2-year degree in lieu of experience.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Pipe fitting, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes for proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, steam systems, and related fabrication equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and organize tools and parts.
• Follow safety procedures including PPE, lockout/tag-out, and confined space entry.
