Job summary

EnerStaff LLC seeks a skilled industrial maintenance professional to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment in a heavy industrial setting in the United States (Alabama). You will test circuits, replace or install power, light, electronic and control systems, and support safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or advanced electrical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLCs, VFDs, automation systems.
• Program, modify, and optimize PLC logic under engineering direction.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VFDs, soft starters, and motor control centers.
• Interpret and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for recurring electrical failures.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and reliability teams on improvement projects.
