Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Wastewater treatment facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and design compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, logs, and change orders.
