Job summary

Titan Florida, LLC, a leader in heavy building materials, seeks an Electrical Instrumentation Technician for its Medley, FL Aggregates Division. This wage, non-exempt role reports to the Electrical Maintenance Manager and emphasizes electrical maintenance and instrumentation troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include repairing power/control systems, calibrating instrumentation, and installing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or technical/vocational training.
• 2-5 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with three-phase power (480 VAC and higher).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and process diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and safety practices.
• Willingness to work weekends/ overtime as needed.
• Basic troubleshooting of PLCs and VFDs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair power and control systems.
• Calibrate instrumentation including transmitters and actuators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Install and commission electrical equipment.
• Operate and maintain medium/low voltage motors and drives.
