Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Brownsville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Hydraulic Technician to troubleshoot, repair, build, and install electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. The role requires reading schematics and blueprints and working safely in a factory environment.

You will assemble, program, and install PLC systems, follow manuals, and perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent or Group Leader.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training from military or vocational/technical school or college.
Five years’ experience as a technician in an industrial maintenance department.
Ability to read and comprehend English to follow work instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, repairs, builds and installs electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems
Works from manuals, schematics, and blue prints
Assembles, programs, and installs PLC systems
Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Superintendent, Assistant Supervisor, or Group Leader.
