Job summary

Southwest Electrical Contracting Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for a Childress, Texas project. The role is on-site, full-time, with a heavy schedule (average 78 hours/week) and 12-hour days on a rotating 13-on/1-off cycle.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid TDLR Electrical Journeyman license.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• 10+ years of related electrical supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with medium voltage gear installations in commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and manage all installation aspects from ground-up construction.
• Track labor projections, materials costs, and maintain job records and reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with NEC and project specs.
• Plan Temporary Power layouts and coordinate with BIM personnel on underground layouts.
• Maintain logs (RFI, progress drawings, fixture, gear) and update weekly manpower plans.
• Manage tools, equipment rentals, and material staging; ensure site cleanliness.
