Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company in Conyers, GA seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on heavy industrial and commercial projects. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate trades, review drawings and specs, ensure safety compliance, and work with the superintendent to meet project milestones, budget, and quality targets on site.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of craft experience, leadership skills, OSHA 10, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience with at least one year as a lead in industrial construction.
• Familiar with construction methods and labor requirements for industrial projects.
• Ability to interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors, and craft employees.
• Strong leadership skills to manage craft personnel.
• Hands-on foreman experience on-site.
• Safety certifications such as OSHA 10 or equivalent as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a locking toolbox and tools to perform the job.
• Able to complete all pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote safety and work safely around construction hazards.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contract scope documents, drawings and specifications.
• Study project execution and tracking documents and schedules.
• Maintain site rules and logistic guidelines for shifts and breaks.
• Ensure project aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with Superintendent to follow policies and procedures.
• Interface with project team to establish schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure materials, drawings, manpower, tools and equipment are available.
• Provide prioritized work instructions and monitor progress.
• Assist with safety program implementation.
• Mentor craft personnel for professional development.
• Learn applicable local, state and federal statutes and guidelines.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed.
