Job summary

Graywolf is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our Conyers, GA job site. You will lead construction crews, ensure safety, review project documents, and coordinate with the project team to meet design, budget, and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on foreman experience in industrial construction, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor craft personnel while maintaining regulatory compliance and site safety standards.

Qualifications

• Four years of craft experience with at least one year in a lead role in industrial construction.
• Strong familiarity with industrial construction methods and labor requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with clients, subcontractors and craft employees.
• Hands-on foreman experience and completion of safety certifications such as OSHA 10 as required by company/clients.
• Must have locking toolbox and tools; able to pass pre-hire requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and work safely around hazards on the construction site.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities of crews.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and shop estimates.
• Study project execution plans, safety plans, QA/QC plans, schedules, and cost tracking documents.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed; mentor crew members.
