Job summary

Conti LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our Industrial Electrical Group. The role leads preconstruction and project execution, developing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating resources to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in industrial electrical construction, estimating, project management, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experience.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates by reviewing drawings, specs, bid documents, and customer requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, equipment and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Analyze project scope and identify risks, gaps, and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare competitive proposals and bid packages using estimating software.
