Job summary

Edwards, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our Spring Hope, NC office. The role focuses on estimating all aspects of industrial electrical projects, including pre-construction, bids, budgets, and subcontractor bidding.

You will prepare proposals, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure estimates meet company goals and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of estimating experience and strong safety communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years estimating and negotiating industrial projects.
• Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Estimate pre-construction, hard bids, negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, value engineering, and subcontractor bidding.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for industrial electrical work.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and document required data for estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, intercompany teams, and subcontractors.
