Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering function and develop the team.
• Oversee design, maintenance, and reliability of electrical systems and instrumentation.
• Provide technical oversight for DCS, PLC, and control systems; support safety programs.
• Lead capital projects from concept to commissioning and ensure regulatory compliance.
