WSP USA seeks a Senior Technical Director, Electrical Engineer to lead the Electrical Engineering discipline within our Industrial CoE, setting the technical vision and driving growth across markets including manufacturing, energy transition, and advanced facilities. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial electrical engineering with a PE license, a B.E.

in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), and proven executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years in industrial electrical engineering and leadership roles.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Electrical Engineering within the Industrial CoE.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with national/global priorities.
• Lead major pursuits and secure high-value, complex projects.
• Set technical direction and standards for electrical engineering across the CoE.
