Job summary

Jurni Design Group in Fayetteville, AR seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer, P.E. to lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical systems for industrial projects, particularly in food and beverage facilities.

The Engineer of Record will oversee technical deliverables, coordinate with project teams, and ensure code-compliant solutions across SD, DD, CD, and CA, with opportunities to mentor staff and engage with construction operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer in industrial projects.
• Experience serving as Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, controls, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering and design staff.
• Experience with design-build project delivery.
• Experience with food & beverage manufacturing facilities, cold storage, warehousing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and development of electrical systems for industrial projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and maintain direct responsible charge over projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and clients across SD, DD, CD, and CA.
• Ensure code-compliant electrical solutions and quality deliverables.
• Oversee design and drafting staff and support project execution.
