Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate architectural drawings and BIM models for industrial and commercial facilities.
• Lead design concepts and architectural solutions from inception through construction.
• Coordinate SD, DD, CD, and CA phases and ensure code compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to meet project objectives.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and quality standards.
