Job summary
Actalent is hiring an Electrical Engineer for a Denver, CO contractrole focused on electrical design, AutoCAD drawings, and system commissioning. You will design power distribution for heavy industrial projects, produce schematics and wiring diagrams, and perform load flow and short-circuit calculations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of electrical design experience.
- Experience with power distribution systems.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Strong understanding of NEC codes.
- Industrial experience in mining, material handling, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or oil & gas preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design industrial electrical power distribution systems.
- Create and review one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Develop AutoCAD electrical drawings.
- Perform load flow, short circuit, and cable sizing calculations.
- Ensure NEC code compliance.
- Support FAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Collaborate with project and design teams from concept through installation.
