Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to contribute hands‑on in reliability, safety, and performance of industrial manufacturing systems. You will blend design, troubleshooting, and project execution to support daily operations and modernization initiatives.

Work across engineering, maintenance, and operations to deliver robust electrical solutions, from retrofits to complex system diagnostics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Three+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for facility power systems, industrial controls wiring, and low‑voltage distribution.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and Level II control systems.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their integration with electrical controls.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering input for the selection, modification, and improvement of electrical and industrial equipment.
Represent the electrical discipline on cross‑functional project teams, ensuring electrical scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Develop engineering designs, drawings, and documentation for equipment installations, retrofits, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot electrical, controls, and power distribution issues, supporting maintenance teams with timely, accurate solutions.
Evaluate and improve industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and communication networks.
Support the development of project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and internal engineering practices.
Direct contractors, consultants, and suppliers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Apply engineering judgment to solve complex problems and recommend improvements to equipment reliability and performance.
Maintain accurate engineering records, drawings, and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, uptime, and operational efficiency.
Perform independent engineering work on larger assignments while collaborating with senior engineers and leadership.
Support training and knowledge transfer to technicians and operators as needed.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
