Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent to oversee all field operations on industrial electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

7+ years of industrial electrical construction experience.
3+ years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role.
Extensive experience in automotive manufacturing facilities.
Strong knowledge of cable tray systems, PLCs, 480V power & control systems, VFDs, E-Stop, Profinet.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical foremen, leads, and electricians.
Coordinate daily field activities to maintain schedules and productivity.
Plan manpower and allocate labor effectively.
Conduct daily planning meetings and communicate goals to field personnel.
Work closely with Project Managers to identify and resolve field issues.
Oversee installation of cable trays, power/distribution, 480V systems, PLCs, and E-Stop networks.
Ensure installations comply with drawings, specs, NEC, and standards.
Promote safety culture and conduct safety meetings and analyses.
Maintain accurate daily reports and labor hour tracking.
Coordinate punchlist, RFIs, and field reports.
