Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking motivated, safety‑focused Electrical Apprentices to support industrial electrical projects throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. This role offers hands‑on experience working with skilled electricians on challenging electrical installations and maintenance.

As an apprentice you will learn to read schematics, install conduits, and assist with panels and equipment hookups while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-4 years of electrical, construction, industrial, or related trade experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and safe work practices.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Texas Electrical Apprentice License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
• Support conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, panel installations, and equipment hookups.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and schematics.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety programs.
• Travel to customer sites throughout West Texas and New Mexico as needed.
