You will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems while gaining experience alongside skilled electricians. Travel to customer sites across West Texas and New Mexico is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-4 years of electrical, construction, industrial, or related trade experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical theory and safe work practices.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Texas Electrical Apprentice License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.
• Support conduit installation, wire pulls, terminations, panel installations, and equipment hookups.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and schematics.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety programs.
• Travel to customer sites throughout West Texas and New Mexico as needed.
