Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winder to join our team in an on-site capacity. The role requires hands-on copper winding experience and the ability to read technical drawings to support motor repairs and rebuilds.

The position emphasizes reliable testing, insulation work, and precise winding processes essential for AC/DC motors in a true industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electric motor winding experience required.
• Proven experience with copper coil winding (random and/or form coil).
• Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints.
• Experience testing and repairing industrial electric motors.

Responsibilities

• Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils.
• Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings.
• Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly.
• Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity.
