Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Motor Winder to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX. You will rewind AC/DC motors, stators, and rotors, strip motors, and precisely record winding data and dimensions as part of a hands-on team.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on industrial motor winding/rewinding experience and a willingness to relocate to Texas. You will perform brazing, insulation work, and motor testing while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience working with industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.
• Must be willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Rewind AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, wound rotors, generators, and field coils.
• Strip motors and accurately record winding data and dimensions.
• Cut, form, wind, and install copper coils/windings.
• Perform form and random winding.
• Install insulation, leads, wedges, and connections.
• Perform brazing and silver soldering.
• Conduct Megger, surge, and insulation-resistance testing.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial electric motors.
