• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing an Industrial Design or related degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Developing proficiency in 2D design software.
• Developing proficiency with SolidWorks surface modeling.
• Portfolio showcasing evolving design communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Industrial Design team in solving design problems and communicate concepts.
• Gather reference materials and conduct ergonomic research.
• Fit and test rapid prototype parts.
• Incorporate product management specs into concepts.
• Maintain design standards for color, texture, and innovation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product commercialization.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and 5S standards.
