Job summary

Malouf Construction LLC is seeking a Design-Build Estimator in Flora, MS to support industrial projects from concept through construction. You will collaborate with owners, designers, vendors, and trade partners to define requirements, develop budgets, and prepare for execution.

This role involves hands-on exposure to the full design-build process, with growth toward independent estimating and greater reconstruction responsibilities. Strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Recent graduates encouraged; 2–4 years of estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design coordination to gather preliminary project information from owners, designers, vendors, and trade partners.
• Develop schematic sketches and exhibits to communicate requirements and coordinate solutions.
• Review documents for missing information, scope gaps, and clarifications.
• Maintain drawing and estimating files throughout preconstruction.
