Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction or project management in industrial environments.
• Experience managing demolition, decommissioning, or brownfield projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate owners, contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s on-site representative for demolition projects.
• Coordinate demolition contractor and subcontractor activities daily.
• Safeguard safety, schedule, cost, quality, and scope adherence.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders and regulators.
• Identify issues early and propose practical resolutions.
• Document progress, risks, and required decisions.
