Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in an applicable discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication for internal/external customers.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through improvement projects as individual contributor and PM.
• Support capacity planning software development.
• Develop capacity models for forecasting and decision making.
• Aggregate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Support data pipelines for automated data collection and warehousing.
• Value stream map processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Perform factory simulations to identify opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate to resolve roadblocks with future-proofed solutions.
• Own factory layout design and model future improvements.
• Develop actionable production metrics and dashboards.
• Execute continuous improvement projects with high business impact.
• Model material flow and implement new movement/storage/tracking systems.
• Create visual factory standards and manage 5S program.
• Conduct time studies and data analysis to support process improvements.
• Pursue new opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency.
