Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Industrial Engineer II in Erlanger, KY to design data-driven solutions that leverage large datasets and advanced analytics. You will transform client data into actionable modeling frameworks, develop labor and ROI models, and document assumptions for internal teams and clients.

You will work with the Sales Team and other Solutions Design members, supporting pre-sales discussions and facilitating design reviews with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years experience in material handling, data analytics, or supply chain analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Python.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy by sourcing and cleansing large datasets.
• Perform data analysis to reveal trends and insights.
• Develop data-driven models for storage, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Build models estimating labor, throughput, ROI.
• Document assumptions and findings for clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales with data-driven insights in design reviews.
• Participate in site visits during proposal phase to review processes and validate data.
