Hy-Tek's Solutions Design Group seeks an Industrial Engineer II to transform complex client data into actionable models. You will work with sales, team members, and clients to craft data-driven solutions, cleanse datasets, and develop labor and ROI models.

The role blends analytics with design and client collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analytics, Python, and Excel, with experience handling large datasets and communicating insights to technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in material handling, data analytics, or supply chain analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Python is expected.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills are required.
• Experience with large datasets including cleansing, validation and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own data strategy by sourcing, cleansing, validating and structuring large datasets.
• Perform data analysis including order profiling, trend analysis and scenario modeling.
• Develop data-driven design models for storage, throughput and capacity planning.
• Build analytical models to estimate labor, throughput, costs and ROI.
• Translate findings into clear design criteria for clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales by presenting data-driven insights in client reviews.
• Contribute to site visits during proposals to review processes and validate assumptions.
