Job summary

Deloitte's Industrial Data Operations (IDO) Delivery Manager role leads core delivery for industrial data and analytics engagements across onshore and offshore teams, translating complex data work into practical plans and ensuring clear client communications.

The candidate will own the design oversight of the OT-to-cloud data integration layer, review data-engineering outputs, and guide architecture corrections, leveraging Databricks and AWS with a strong data-platform background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a data platform architect, senior data engineer, or similar technical delivery leader.
• 5+ years leading delivery on industrial data, manufacturing analytics, OT, or related data platform programs.
• 5+ years managing execution across multiple workstreams while focusing on architecture quality and delivery outcomes.
• 5+ years working with cloud data platforms and hyperscaler ecosystems, with 2+ years of exposure to Databricks and AWS preferred.
• 8+ years of total experience in consulting and/or industry, including 3+ years of technical delivery leadership following a data architecture or engineering background.
• 3+ years coordinating or leading work across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree... or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel an average of 50% of working time based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Lead core delivery execution for industrial data and analytics engagements, coordinating onshore and offshore teams and managing client communications.
• Translate technical work into practical delivery plans and keep execution moving across teams.
• Own the design oversight of OT-to-cloud data integration layer, including lakehouse schemas and time-series mapping.
