Job summary

Deloitte’s Industrial Data Operations (IDO) practice seeks a Delivery Manager to lead core delivery for industrial data and analytics engagements, coordinating onshore and offshore teams and maintaining client-facing communications. You will translate technical work into practical delivery plans and drive execution across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

8+ years as a data platform architect, senior data engineer, or equivalent delivery leader.
5+ years leading delivery on industrial data, manufacturing analytics, OT, or related data platform programs.
5+ years managing multiple workstreams with architecture quality focus.
5+ years with cloud data platforms; 2+ years with Databricks and AWS.
8+ years total experience including consulting or industry, with 3+ years of technical delivery leadership after a data background.
3+ years coordinating across onshore/offshore teams.
Ability to travel ~50% of time.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead core delivery execution for industrial data and analytics engagements.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and maintain clear client-facing delivery communications.
Translate technical work into practical delivery plans and keep execution moving.
Review offshore data engineering output and guide architectural corrections.
Coordinate with Databricks and AWS alliance solution architects for platform input.
