Qualifications

• 1–2 years mechanical assembly experience or related shop background.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and handling pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and verify parts, assembling components per specifications.
• Pre-assemble saws and trowels, including wiring engines, pumps, and guards.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies and perform torqueing.
• Read blueprints and ensure each step meets the documented specs.
• Finish units, apply decals, and perform painting when required.
• Perform test runs and complete inspection paperwork.
