Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a chemical plant environment.

You will interact with shippers, process orders, manage a daily load schedule, and verify data sheets to ensure accurate weights and loading. Applicants should be fluent in English, proficient with Excel, and familiar with SAP; background in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Experience with SAP is preferred; advanced Excel skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with shippers (customers sending products to the rail terminal via railcar).
• Process customer orders using various computer inventory systems and complete paperwork.
• Create and manage a daily load schedule and schedule motor carriers.
• Verify work instructions via customer data sheets and ensure loads meet weights.
• Oversee sample collection and entry of samples into the inventory system.
