Job summary

Florida Construction Connection in West Palm Beach is seeking a highly organized project coordinator to support the Development and Construction team. You will serve as the coordination hub between ownership and the project team, managing documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications to keep complex commercial development projects on track.

This role requires 5+ years supporting commercial development or institutional real estate executives, advanced MS Office skills, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting commercial development, construction, or institutional real estate executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience with project management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple industrial development projects simultaneously.
• Manage project documentation from due diligence through closeout.
• Coordinate meetings with ownership, architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, lenders, and consultants.
• Prepare meeting agendas, maintain action item logs, and ensure commitments are completed.
• Track schedules, budgets, permitting milestones, contracts, insurance certificates, consultant agreements, invoices, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Support due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, and closeout activities.
• Prepare executive reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate owner walk-throughs, punch lists, inspections and turnover activities.
• Follow up relentlessly until issues are resolved.
