Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Counter Sales Representative II at our Washington location. The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service, assisting customers face-to-face, and leveraging product knowledge to resolve problems and build assemblies.

You will work with the Solutions Center Manager and the outside sales team to grow the business, while maintaining safety and operational standards at the site.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service to local market at the location.
• Assist in servicing customers face-to-face with product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and offer creative solutions.
• Identify and build customer assemblies.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use.
• Collaborate with Solutions Center Manager and outside sales to grow the business.
• Maintain location general operations and safety.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure value-add in interactions.
