Motion in Kent, WA is seeking a Senior Counter Sales Representative to deliver first‑class customer service at a key retail/service location. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong mechanical/technical inclination with knowledge of hoses, thread configurations, and hydraulics.
• Industrial sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports location sales by providing first class customer service to local market.
• Assists in servicing customers face-to-face through familiarity and knowledge of products.
• Troubleshoots customer problems and provides creative solutions.
• Identifies and builds customer assemblies.
• Works closely with the Solutions Center Manager and outside sales group to develop and grow the business.
• Assists team in overall maintenance of the location.
• Participates in making sure all safety guidelines are followed.
• Maintains key relationships with customers.
• May lead/mentor lower level representatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
