Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Cleaning Technician to perform power washing and thorough cleaning of cooling towers and water tanks. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and independent work within fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, site preparation, and completing required safety documentation while representing the company professionally at client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with power washing or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks using power washing equipment and approved methods.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities and site preparation.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Complete safety documentation including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Adhere to company safety policies and PPE usage; handle chemicals per SDS.
• Maintain professional conduct at client sites; occasional travel as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
