Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in controls, electrical, or instrumentation roles in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Allen‑Bradley or similar systems).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, drives, and process instrumentation.
• Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation
• Support ongoing operations by diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely corrective actions
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on control systems and electrical equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance and reliability
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new control systems and equipment
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
