CapstoneONE Search is seeking an experienced Controls Technician to maintain PLC-based control systems in a growing manufacturing environment. The role supports electrical disciplines, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives as part of a dynamic operations team.

You will collaborate with engineering on control needs, select industrial components, and assist with engineering changes and new programs, driving reliable, safe, and efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining PLC-based control systems in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
• Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost reductions.
• Experience supporting engineering changes and implementing new programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PLC-based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentation.
• Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines.
• Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with engineering to define system control needs.
• Select industrial control components and assist with MRO planning.
• Assist corporate controls with engineering changes and new programs.
• Guide design, development, testing of electrical control methods and materials.
• Coordinate engineering changes and communicate progress across teams.
