Job summary

Felix Construction seeks an Industrial Controls Project Executive to lead our control systems portfolio, coordinating design teams, fabrication shop, and field crews to deliver world-class solutions safely and on schedule.

You will manage proposals, FAT/SAT, and client relationships while ensuring budget health and margin; the role reports to the Director of Industrial Automation and Controls and is based onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, project management, or construction management.
• 5+ years of management in industrial electrical controls or similar.
• Working knowledge of electrical drawings and UL508A fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams, UL508A panel shop, and field crews to deliver control systems safely, on schedule, and within margin.
• Own resource planning, backlogs, and capacity; manage procurement and change control.
